The nugget of Split!! Excellent meal!! (Proposal of a 5-course menu). Everything was very good and the service very pleasant. Special mention for the shark dish!! Quantity may be a little low if you are a big eater.Posted on Tripadvisor
Caro1993Cute and modern design restaurant in the beautiful frame of Split old town My partner and i came here for dinner upon the famous michelin restaurant’s guide recommendation. I must say we were not disappointed at all! First, the restaurant demonstrated great flexibility in receiving us despite the one hour delay we had, due to late arrival of my flight. Unfortunately though, we were not able to try the set menu because of the time we got there (one more good reason to come back). The ingredients used are all fresh and the flavors very interesting and innovative. Of you go, do pair it with a glass of white wine aged 2021 from Korcula island. Final remark is for the waitress Mia. A very sweet girl who will take care of your culinary journey from the beginning til the end, with a warm smile and positive attitude. Great fine dining experience The restaurant is set in one of the tiny streets of Split in the historical town. Mia was our waitress and she was really lovely. Thank you Mia. We chose the set menu with the wine pairing. The dishes were very tasty and well presented with simplicity. We really loved the Poached and smoke squid, Tuna tartare and the Shark. Personally we didn’t like the whiskey served with the dessert. That was to much for us after 6 glasses of good wine. kristen mLucky stop! We ended up here because it started pouring and we were standing in front of the restaurant. Talk about luck! Our server, Mia, was so nice and very knowledgeable about the food and wine pairings. They offer six small plates - 2 cold, 2 hot and 2 desserts. We tried five of them. Each one was phenomenal. The chef prepares everything right behind the bar which we found really cool. Don’t miss the chocolate filled with figs and almonds. It’s to die for. A woman makes it specially for the restaurant. We ended up going back on our last night in Split to have it again!

Fantastic restaurant in the pedestrian area of split near the fish market. We booked for 4 people and had a nice table outside. The waitress Mia was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole tasting menu and recommend the wine to pair with the food. The plates are well presented and very high end. The decor and setting is smart and cozy. Although the booking not straight forward, we had a wonderful evening. The food was spectacular. The service was charming, knowledgeable and discrete. We had one of the best dinners in a long time. Michael CaranicolasThere are (too?) many restaurants in Split with a "Gault & Millau" sticker. But Pinku truly deserves it. (As well as its Michelin one) The chef delivers his own interpretation of the local seafood cuisine in a set menu elaborated with finesse and novelty. To match with the level of the food proposal, the super friendly staff guided us through an amazing local wine list full of great surprises. Eric BagwellThis was the best meal we had while visiting Croatia. The local tasting menu experience was spectacular and our wine paired perfectly. The service was also outstanding! Highly recommend you make a reservation on your visit to Split you will not be disappointed.
